Today looks like such a gross day. I mean, it's gray out there. And the weather forecast said it would be sunny today and tomorrow. You know what I realized? Because we had such an awesome last last week with the perfect weather, we get a couple weeks of gross weather. Yay. I mean, it's not even raining. It looks like the sky is constipated or something and it can't rain. That makes me sad. Anyways, sooooo much homework this weekend. I really don't like it when it's nearing the end of third term and teachers realize they haven't taught us everything we have to know so they give us a whole bunch of last minute projects and homework etc. Not fun. We just got a project from English class. And I'm thinking to myself: A project? I already have enough spunk from science and French class to drive me up the wall. And now there's English. Makes me sad. DOSSIER, why do we have a final project, such a bad end to school.

The grad carnival today. However it was horrible compared to the ads i heard on the announcements. IT WAS REALLY BAD. NOT MANY PEOPLE WENT SAME PEOPLE KEPT GOING ON THE RIDES IT WAS KIND OF BORING. WE HAD SLIDE RIDE AND THE ONLY GOOD THING WORTH TAKING NOT ICE OF IS THE KNOCK SOMEONE OFF THE LEDGE THING. We had to play there for stage band and thatw as ok though i didn treally like it. I walked with aaron home after and i just did moe hw till night came.

KAYAKING AT DEEP COVE: REALLY FUN AND BORING?????????????? WELL i ended up partners with jimmy which is good cause he is incredibly strong and good at steering. Our kayaks ended up being kayaks with rudders that could steer without using our paddles to steer. We had flotation devices and these things that keeps water out of your kayak. We went pretty fast and always stayed near the head instructor who was out front. Some people decided to budge in or knock/ram into our canoe. Others tried to get ahead of us. But it was still fun and we were teh only group who went around the rock. Nice scenery and nice waves:) After that i had lunch, teriyaki chicken with rice and a really bad tasting bubble tea.

Back to school!!!!!!!!!!!!! I handed in my socials essay today, i hope i do well cause its pretty difficult. Looking at other peoples essays i think mines is terrible even though i had it double checked quite a while now. I had a math test on gemoetery which was horridand i had more french tests to do, like french finals and such. Science, cahpt 4, a pain in the ass and english is going ok so far doing the book i am the cheese. I hope the next day will be better.

Saturday, and Sunday the weekend of glory. A impending socials essay to hand in on Tuesday. A socials essay i haven't started yet. A bad habit of procrastination. The final essay of the year. It will determine if i get an A or a B in Socials Studies for the final term so it is really important. I will probably get my dad to check over my essay. Not only that we have our french final coming up soon. Our french final is on these 2 sheets of paper full of questions and chuaqui told us to use everything we learned. BEing an over-achiever and non risk taker that is very difficult to do. Going kayaking on thursday, cant wait, i love kayaking:) Also can't wait to splash water at people.

Today was the Cadets Mess Dinner! I am so full right now! The cadets mess dinner is ad inner that cadets go to once in a year. IT is formal dinner and mistakes are often punished in my squadron 135 by singing a song in front of everyone. Everyone goes, the officers and everyone. We eat normally one plate of food, it is mostly a social activity. People take pictures and have fun.

Today I got a haircut. I didn't really want one, but people from Cadets will kill me if I didn't get one. It's Annuals and Mess Dinner next week. I haven't really been going to cadets recently but i think its ok. My drill is still probably better than most of the people in the squadron. However the way i look at it, if i'm the tallest person in the squadron that means im the marker which means i have a lot of pressure on me because I can't MESS UP at all.

Today I didn't do much. I'm kinda pissed off because the Lakers are about to beat the Suns and become the Western conference champions. I think they are going to get beat by the Celtics in the Finals though. The Celtics are very good this season.

Today's carnival was pretty fun :) I jousted with TianBo, and it was a pretty intense brawl. Too bad none of the teachers that I kinda don't like volunteered to be in the dunk-tank. Or else... (evil laugh) By the way, I did lose my rocket.

NOOO!!! The Suns lost to the Lakers tody!!! They're now losing 2-3... If the Lakers win one more game, the Suns will be eliminated. The Magics are down 2-3 also. I hope at least one of these two teams can with two games in a roll...

I didn't do my Blog yesterday because the internet was having a "spaz-attack". Works for minute- doesn't work for a minute. Today I went to the School Board with my dad after school for some summer school info. Apparently there aren't any grade 9 math completion courses! And I can't take grade 10 completion without the grade 9 credit. Oh My God! The policies suck! I don't want to waste an hour and twenty minutes every second day for another year! This is just stupid.

Today the Chicago BlackHawks beat the San Hose Sharks. 4-0 series sweep... Even though the Canucks lost to the BlackHawks, I kinda liked it how Chicago pwned. Cause if we losed to the champions, it wouldn't be as unacceptable. Good thing that Phoenix suns won today. I don't like the lakers, especially Kobe Bryant.

Today was pretty sunny. Our PE class had a rematch with Mr. Dykstra's class, but we lost this time. We are going to have another match after we have a few lessons on actual softball. After PE, it was lunch, I went to Chevron for slurpee with a bunch of other people.

Today my PE teacher Mr. Pears was not here, so Mr. Dykstra, who is teaching another grade 8 class in the same block, taught our class at the same time. Mr. Dykstra told us that Mr. Pears has been going around bragging about his class lately. For that his two grade 8 classes got first and second for the grade 8 track meet. So for today's PE class, our class had a baseball match with Mr. Dykstra's class. As a result, our class won by more than 20 points. Woot!

Just came back from sushi. So full right now, :0 I'm done all the science homework, but I still have to do the good copy of my English essay. I think my rough draft was way too long, I wouldn't be able to memorize it for the oral presentation. But I don't know which parts to cut, every part seems necessary. Whenever I write something that's too long, I don't know which parts to cut.

Today I got the results for the Gauss. I got perfect! 150/150! I think I got the only perfect paper in the school. Someone told me I will get a medal for being first in the school, and a trophy for getting perfect. Woot!

Today I my parents received a email from Churchill. It says that I was absent for one or more periods for one day, which is not true. I think there has been some misunderstandings. For English and Socials I stayed with the teachers for sure, but not for AS and science. For AS, I went to the library with a note from you (though the librarians didn't check it) and stayed there till the end of the period. Science was a bit more complicated. I was suppose to get an assignment from Mr. Shieh and finish it by the end of the period. I got the assignment from him, and finished it in the lab outside his science class. After I was done, I went to the library because I had nothing to do. This time the librarians checked and told me to go back to Mr. Shieh. When I went back, Mr. Shieh told me I can read in the lab (I have to stay in that area).
I'm going to go see Mr. Johnston tomorrow, maybe he'll change the absence record.

Today's math lesson was very quiet because some of the "too talkative" girls were not here. I did twice as much questions as I did last lesson. Tomorrow I have to be at Richmond sharing farm at 8:45 in the morning and work in the farm till noon. It's a Cadets level community project that all level ones have to go to. Sigh...

Yesterday I didn't Blog because my got dad got angry at me for a variety of reasons and didn't let me write my Blog. When I tried to talk with him, he just got more angry and told me that I never listen to him and I always have excuses.
So today, a lot of interesting things happened. First of all, we went to a small garden near the school during science. We basically observed plants and insects.First of all, Buskerfest ended. It felt like it was really fast, and I have a feeling that we didn't raise a lot of funds at all. But it was still fun, and it's good experience. Secondly, all the student teachers are leaving tomorrow, including Mr. Zhuang. I think Mr. Zhuang was actually pretty nice. A lot of Synergy people joke about him being mean because Applied Skills was much easier before he started teaching. He`s going to be a good teacher. Thirdly, Buskerfest ended. It felt like it was really fast, and I have a feeling that we didn't raise a lot of funds at all. But it was still fun, and it's good experience. We are having an after party on Monday also.

The opera was awesome!!! Everybody looked great, the music was amazing, it was all perfect. We had some fun too. One funny thing that happened to me was- during the intermission, I went to buy a coffee to make myself look "sophisticated", but the coffee actually tasted really bad. XD

Today had a really boring day at cadets. We had something called a CO's parade which occurs once every month. ON that day it is a parade where our officers check on our uniform and ad rill and make a report. We are supposed to treat it as a practice annual review but most people just treat it as a regular day.

Today I got ten dollars from my neighbor for the buskerfest pledge form. In fact I only collected ten dollars. It is not a lot, but small bits will add up and create a bigger numbe. I also got around 15 pledges of 75 cents each from different people. It shows the fact that tiny things can turn into big things. I think this is meaningful because it shows you can accomplish anything big with many small steps.

I had my haircut today. Now it takes way shorter to dry and it is very easy to wash. I also played some basketball this afternoon. I haven't played in a long time, like several months. And now it feels like that I'm a lot less skillful. Plus I'm not THAT skillful to begin with.
